norma_headshot_280x315To Norma, life as a media relations strategist is always interesting, with no such thing as a dull day. She’s never met a reporter she didn’t like (well, almost never) and scoring media “hits” for clients hasn’t lost its thrill after more than 20 years in the business.

 

Her industry experience and expertise range from the performing arts and entertainment to consumer and culture/lifestyle products, architecture, fashion, personal finance, travel and hospitality, as well as in and around the automotive, legal and nonprofit worlds. And she is fluent in Spanish to boot.

 

Norma relishes her connections with so many industries, and she takes great pride in helping clients tell their stories in a way that conveys what makes them unique and how they help others. Clients appreciate her diverse background, her aptitude for new subjects and her creative storytelling skills, as they reap the rewards of her strategic and comprehensive media relations and positioning campaigns.

 

Over the years, Norma has developed and maintained strong media relationships. With her recent move to Atlanta, she has reinvigorated and broadened her East Coast reporter network while continuing to keep up her West Coast contacts after 13 years in Los Angeles.

 

A graduate of the University of West Florida, Norma majored in communication arts and minored in psychology.

 

When she’s not harvesting mountains of content-generating coverage for her clients, Norma enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, cooking, watching movies and going on long walks and hikes.
